CARCON Industries and Construction was founded in Dallas, Texas in January of 2000 by Ms. Arcilia C. Acosta. CARCON has years of experience as a Construction Manager at Risk as a Prime Contractor and as a Super Subcontractor. CARCON has the capacity to ensure quality by managing second and third tier subcontractors, to provide bonding for the full value of the contract, and to take on additional costs and risks to protect the project.
CARCON Industries is a Dallas-based, 100% Minority/Woman Owned Business Enterprise (W/MBE) specializing in transportation, industrial, commercial, and educational construction. We provide construction management services and general construction services for state, federal and corporate/commercial clients. At CARCON Industries, we provide services and solutions in very specialized niche markets. In CARCON Industries’ 23 years of service, we have never failed to deliver the objectives and goals of a project.
