As a subcontractor to North Texas Rail Group, CARCON provided engineering services, traffic control and MWBE outreach, monitoring and reporting. The A-train is a 21-mile commuter rail line starting in Denton TX that parallels I-35E and is the connection to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Trinity Mills Station in Carrollton TX.
